Before moving on to the selection of appropriate methods for optimal management of each specific stock type, it is necessary to classify the whole nomenclature in order of importance according to certain criteria, most often using the methods of analysis ABC and XYZ. Subsequently, appropriate management methods are applied to each of the stock groups. In the specialized literature, the classification of the material stocks by one criterion or the sequential classification of each group by several criteria is most often considered. The present study proposes an approach for constructing an integral nomenclature classification criterion that simultaneously considers the impact of several criteria. It is a relatively new and little known on demand media product in Bulgaria. Abroad, podcasts have gained popularity with advertisers as an effective way to reach their target audience. The reason for this popularity is the niche content delivered to the target audience. Advertisers believe that these audiences are tight-lipped, which allows them to better understand the branding message and therefore have greater impact on the consumer. Through the broadband technology, information can be sent along multiple channels, which allows more information to be transmitted at a definite moment. One of the applications of this technology is internet commerce. The scientific aim of this publication is the quantitative assessment of factor influences between broadband networks and electronic sales, and their characteristics in the Balkan states. The used methodology of the research is built upon the cointegration approach. Both long-term, static influences are assessed, and the short-term dynamics. Databases of the International telecommunication union, the World bank, Eurostat and Euromonitor are used. The research relates to the period from 2007 to 2018. The beginning of the research period is consistent with the issuance by the European commission of Recommendation C (2007) 5406, in connection with Directive 2002/21/EC. The calculations in the present publication are accomplished by means of Microsoft Excel, EViews 10. The results from the research are useful for governmental and regulatory bodies of the separate states, during the development of policies in this sphere. Accumulation of unresolved problems in some industries like construction befalls tangible losses like financial, material, human, etc. That causes a subsequent negative effect not only on contractors but also on clients and end-users. There is not a universal solution for quality control, applicable in all projects and processes. Therefore, it is a present-day case study to explore the main issues in various management control systems (MCS). The article emphasizes the necessity of an automatic controlling tool for monitoring and tracking performance in all phases of a construction project. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as statistical methods of analysis, we examine whether communication plays a key role in the controlling process. Thereafter, we prototype a new communication-based mobile application, which allows controlling construction and repair activities automatically. The increasing convergence of the capital, banking and insurance markets creates prerequisites for occurrence of new and new alternative solutions. Through them, companies have the opportunity to optimize their risk more efficiently, profitably and adaptively. It turns out that the market for alternative insurance solutions is growing at a rate greater than that of traditional insurance. There are many reasons for this expansionist development but perhaps most important among them is their potential to ensure the operating income of the companies rather than to focus on the physical damage from emerging risks. A natural disaster can round company property and not harm it but it can still put the company at a disadvantage in the context of a deteriorating overall market environment. The damaged infrastructure, delayed deliveries, redirection of savings and other consequences of a disaster can hinder an enterprise's sales even though the company is not in the role of an injured party. In this sense alternative insurance decisions should not be treated only as a transfer of risk but as an integral part of doing a profitable business. They can be an incentive for insurers to engage in product innovations, reduce their prices and pay attention to indirect damage, which is sometimes much more dangerous for companies. Considering the rapid development of alternative insurance markets this report seeks to argue their usefulness for corporate business and to dispel the myth that new opportunities are only a phenomenon of American practice. The regulatory harmonization, product innovation, digitalization of the environment and liberalization of supervision have blurred market boundaries globally and made alternative solutions accessible to all European companies. The author strongly supports the idea that alternative risk transfers that are not yet sufficiently recognizable in Europe, especially for small and medium-sized businesses, should be promoted. Increasing risk literacy and attracting qualified stuff are future directions for development because only through them the new opportunities will be mastered. Although alternative insurance solutions are a trademark for large companies they are fully suitable for all market participants. In addition, they can be successfully combined with traditional insurance if their holders do not trust the alternative instruments or have no experience in absorbing them. The diversification approach will be costlier but it will allow to overcome the disadvantages of both forms of risk transfer. The extensive attention that is paid to the "loyalty" phenomenon, is due to the fact that, it is an integral part of companies' mission to create value - for customers and investors. With increasing the intensity of competition and globalization of financial markets, building customer loyalty becomes a strategy of critical significance for the success of financial companies. A problematic area in the theory of loyalty in the service sector is the variety in definitions and lack of consistency about concepts, views and opinions with respect to what is loyalty to a financial service provider, what are its dimensions and how to be defined, measured and managed. Which this in mind, the main focus of this paper is studying the theoretical fundamentals of customer loyalty in retail banking and outputting a relevant conceptual definition for the phenomenon. That is why catching up with developed countries is a key task for bulgarian economy. The article explores the causes that accelerate economic growth. For this purpose, five countries with the highest average annual GDP per capita growth rates for the period 1870-2016 are identified. Data used comes from the Maddison Project Database. By selecting and analyzing theoretical and empirical literature examining the success of these five countries, it is concluded that catching up is possible, but a unique, economic model is needed. At the same time, those factors, without which rapid development is impossible are determined.
