There are two opposite points of view: the first is that consumer behaviour has a strategic aspect and it is of particular importance for the marketing strategy and the opposite – consumer behaviour at all should not have a strategic focus. In classical marketing for fundamental philosophy and paradigm is accepted positivism, which is also a basic principle in the theory of consumer behaviour. But, in the last two decades, positivism loses its position among the scientific community, and gives way to postmodernism, also called interpretationalism. In the future, positivism and postmodernism will continue to apply, discussions will continue, but the direction is optimistic and the ultimate goal is a deeper and more realistic understanding of consumer behaviour. The main points in the article are: there are serious ambitions from the climate mitigation sector; there is a wide range of environmental practices that can lead to a sustained reduction in emissions; it is necessary to strike a balance between the environmental and economic benefits of implementing greenhouse gas emission reduction measures without affecting the competitiveness of the sector; there is an objective need to increase the role of monitoring the sector in relation to greenhouse gas reduction; identifies the need to increase environmental responsibility for farmers, which requires them to increase their awareness; the implementation of climate-friendly environmental practices requires significant resources, which determines the need to continue the financial support for the sector under the Common Agricultural Policy; the role of the agrarian sector in offsetting carbon emissions from other sectors of the economy is growing. In this sense, the article aims to explore the climate change mitigation potential of the sector and to propose policy actions in this context in the context of international climate agreements while maintaining the competitiveness of the sector. It is undeniable that financial stability is an important prerequisite for achieving sustainable economic growth. Therefore governments have long strived to regulate financial institutions in order to ensure their sustainability and ability to perform their duties. Before the global financial crisis of 2008 it was considered that stability could be achieved on the basis of regulation of individual financial institutions. However, the crisis has led to a rethinking of this understanding. It has brought regulators' attention to systemic risk, which is much more than the sum of the individual risks accompanying the activity of financial institutions. As a consequence, the holistic approach has also "sneaked" into financial science and imposed the need to manage risks taking into account the "full picture".
