Firstly, analysis of the role of the banking institutions for the emerging, and consequent development of the crisis, has been carried out. Based on this is an evidence supported forecast for a logical assumption for the decrease (but not dying out) of the role of the modern (investment) banking, as well as the increase in the significance of the traditional commercial banking, in the short and medium-term perspective. These forecasts are considered to be applicable on the level of particular bank institutions, while on the level of the entire banking system, a degree of convergence of the banking systems of certain countries can be expected. The survey provides estimates of the relationships between variables and parameters in the consumption function. Unlike other publications in this field, using aggregate data, this research takes into account differences in poor and rich households. This allows for a realistic assessment of the dynamics and trends in the consumption of different groups, as well as a detailed analysis of the impact of macroeconomic policy on it. Results allow to make several conclusions summarizing the nature and the factors that motivate consumer behavior and differences in consumption patterns of households surveyed categories. Abstract: This study examines the relations between diversification, size and return of the active companies in the UK market. The literature on this topic provides contradictory findings with empirical result supporting two interchangeable hypotheses – positive or negative correlation between return and diversification as well as return and size. The report provide stable difference between the two classes in favour of the diversified firms. In a general way the risk is also typical and irrevocable characteristic of the economic realities, of the decision making process, of the behaviour and self-evaluation of each economic actor. The risk is an irrevocable part part not only of the economy, but of the public life in its all diversities – political, social, cultural, ecological, technological, informational, psychological risks etc. According to the importance and scale of its sources, the risk usually is determined as global and local (regional). But these classifications are too relative and conditional because of the great interaction between global and local. The global risks turn into local and vice versa. The World Economic Forum especially emphasizes on the holistic approach in the examination of numerous and diverse global risks. The most important and powerful global risks are classified in five groups: economic risks (financial and fiscal crises, high structural unemployment, energy price shock); environmental (climate change, extreme weather events, natural catastrophes, men-made environmental catastrophes); geopolitical (interstate conflicts, terrorist attacks); societal (food crises, water crisis, involuntary migration, profound social instability) and technological (breakdown of critical information infrastructure, cyber attacks, data fraud, misuse of technologies etc.). This is due to that the half of consumption of beef in the country is covered by imports and problems at small and medium-sized dairy farms with new regulations in the sector. Although beef is with better nutritional value than other popular meats, there are low levels of consummation because of it’s with limited supplying and high prices. This is largely due to the frequent changes in the business environment and customer requirements, as well as the difficulties in predicting the future of software project progress. It is therefore not accidental that new approaches to software development and management such as Agile Project Management are becoming more popular in recent years. Agile management is associated with the use of the so called ŕgile methodologies for software development. We argue that the majority of problems that occur in current management of IT projects require new principles and approaches in software process management. The purpose of the present article is to introduce the possibilities of the agile management approach and to compare them with those of the traditional management approach. The main problems with traditional management approach are considered and the key benefits from and challenges to Agile Project Management adoption are discussed. An integral part of this strategy is the rule 3-2-1 for backup data. We suggest changes and additions to this rule in order to achieve a high degree of fault tolerance and reliability of the data. The rule and the changes suggested by us have to be complied strictly only if the value of data protection does not exceed the value of the data. In such cases, the same rule is followed but in partial fulfilment. The combination of the rule of backup, recovery and mandatory pilot IT audits guarantee the health of companies’ data. Because of their rapid spread we use them not only for voice communication and text messages but also as a various services distribution channel. Mobile banking is among these services, as it allows its customers to use a mobile device to perform banking operations. Despite the advantages that mobile banking offers to both banks and their customers, the use of mobile phones to perform banking transactions or to access financial information is not as widespread as expected. As a result, we have defined the purpose of the paper - based on the existing publications on the subject to identify the main factors that have a negative impact on the consumers in adopting mobile banking.
